Hello! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Cindy Holmes. Welcome to the POP UP Prayer Project, a place where you can find support, resources, faith, and community as you pray on purpose.

I have been dedicated to prayer since 1998. I have spent so many precious hours praying for my own heart and the hearts of those I love. It is a great honor to stand before the Lord and connect to Him in prayer. I’ve seen countless amazing things happen on the other side of so many “Amen’s.”

I have a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies and have been leading women through my writings, Bible studies and groups, discipleship, and one-on-one prayer coaching for over 20 years.
